HandS Roasters was a joint idea between Harlan and Sauro after geeking out with coffee for the past 15 years. I initially started roasting after getting frustrated about the lack of decent Decaf for Espresso. My love of Ethiopian coffee ultimately led me to source and work with seasonally available coffees for use as single-origin Espresso. After spending time in Colombia, the sweet, fruited cup that can be found with different processing methods led me to focus on a staple Espresso blend that highlights my favorite regions: Ethiopia and Colombia
